Why the Statuses Rolled Up Value is none while creating the Status Rollup synchronization?

Hi, While creating the Status Roll Up synchronization I am not able to Select the Checkboxes from "Statuses rolled up". The value it displays in "None". What changes we needed to do for making the Statuses visible.

Prabaljeet, did you check any projects and issue types first? The selection of Statuses depends on those values.

HI Igor,

Sorry for late reply. The Issue was resolved when we updated the Jira and GreenHopper. Now the Statuses are visible for Status Rollup.
