We just purchased a commercial 50user license and entered the license key successfully - plugin page also says so.
However on the configuration page I get the license warning and have no possibility to save the changes made.
We already re-installed the plugin. But the issue remained.

If you cannot create an issue just create an account first and then you'll be able to create issues.
