I'm an admin in both Teams and JIRA. Appropriately added a tab for JIRA with right filter. I can see the issue list. All other team members get the below message. How do I allow all to see this correctly?
This error message is related to policy in your organization when administrator consent is required in order to register an application.
Most probably, in your organization's settings (https://aad.portal.azure.com -> Users and groups - User settings) option "Users can consent to apps accessing company data on their behalf" is disabled (it's OK as an additional level of security). It indicates that a global administrator needs to sign in a consent on behalf of the organization before users can sign in
