I have a question. I´m searching for a good Plug In/ Addons for Jira or Confluence ( I would prefer Jira), which allow us as company to plan who is working on which project. It´s important that every Project Lead can control the ressources allocation and capacity planning of the reccources.

How does it work exactly? Any other suggestions according to your experiences?
