I'd like to know where to address issues with the autolink add-on, There are NullPointerExceptions in the log, having com.atlassian.jira.plugins.autolink.IssueEditedListener as source.

Hi, you can create issues related to autolink plugin on Bitbucket. Note however that this plugin is not officially supported.
Also, there was a problem with NPEs thrown by Autolink plugin described in another question. You might want to look into that.
