I couldn't find a guide too. Their page don't exist anymore on Atlassian: https://timepo.atlassian.net/

Their website is absolutely off: http://www.timepo.com.

Moreover, their last release was 2 years ago: Version 1.6.8.4 • JIRA Server 6.0 - 6.4.13 • Released 2014-11-01
