When starting time on a new task, is it possible to automatically stop all the old tasks?

The user starts work on issue A. Then, if the user forgets to stop the work on A before starting work on B, both times continue running in parallel. Is it possible to automatically STOP all work on other issues, and only start the current issue? Thanks.

Simply go your profile page, select "Active Issues" subpage and see all the issues with started timer.
