Hi Len,

we haven't had this issue before.

If you are using Microsoft Word 2007 or higher and the issue is still existing, please write an email to the K15t support: support@k15t.com

Our support-team will be happy to help.

Cheers, Nils

We are using scroll Word Export. The export does not work properly on large documents containing a combination of Gliffy, Talk-plugin, Attachements and Images.

The issue we have is that only a part of the document is exported (the last part).

We are using on the server:

- Confluence 4.3.2 with postgre as database

- Server has openSuse 12.1 as OS

- Server type is Dell Poweredge

On the client we are using:

- Mac OS X 10.7.5

- Microsoft Office 2011

Kind regards,

Len Feremans

Hi Len,

would you be so kind and create an XML export (see: http://docs.k15t.com/display/SUPPORT/Creating+an+XML+Export+of+a+Single+Page) and send this file to support@k15t.com

The support-team will contact you, if they need detailed information.

Cheers, Nils
