What is teh syntax to create subtasks on task creation?

Helo,

In the following link https://bobswift.atlassian.net/wiki/display/CSOT/How+to+create+subtasks+on+initial+issue+create

You describe "How to create subtasks on initial issue create".

In step 7 its written: "Set other parameters as you need".

But what are the othr parameters?

How to build a condition?

What is the syntax for that?

Thanks!!!

It is simply talking about the other fields on the create subtask postfunction configuration screen - https://bobswift.atlassian.net/wiki/download/attachments/4685835/cot-edit-post-function.png

Thankd Bob. But that is exactly my question...What is the syntax? For example, I see variable called %custom-version%. what is the translation or value for that? What are the oyher variables that I can use? OR...the Condition field, what is the syntax? Do you have examples to learn from? Thanks!

Substitution variables documents all the substitution variables. There are various examples in the How to section depending on what you are trying to do. How to use pattern matching conditioning is probably a starting point for conditioning.
