We use EazyBI and are experiencing some issues all of a sudden?

Issue #1. We have a report that displays all our teams and their Sprints. In the columns we have amongst other "Sprint Closed?" (Yes or No), Hours Spent and Story Points Closed. For some reason this has stopped working and despite several Sprints being Closed (as reported by Jira) the report indicates No. Also the Story Points Closed is inconsistent, some Sprints have values and others have not. No-one has made any changes to this report.eazybi1.png

Issue #2: The EazyBI Report is no longer displaying Sprints. We used to have each team's Sprints displayed as per above report but now this even stopped and it now looks like this.

Your colleague contacted our support via support@eazybi.com and we identified that the problem has occurred due to the upgrade to the latest JIRA Agile version 6.7.7 which is not supported by the older eazyBI version 2.3.4 that you have. I suggested upgrading to the latest eazyBI version 3.2.2 which includes the fix to support the latest JIRA Agile versions.
