We already have a license direct from the vendor that has active support, how do I download the updates?

We have a license that was purchased directly through the vendor, before Atlassian started selling it through their marketplace, that has active support through later this year. I want to update our server plugin to the newest version. How do I do so and keep using my existing license?

Hi Dan,

sorry for the delay. We are currently in the process of migrating our own licenses to Atlassian compatible licenses. Once this is finished, we'll send you an e-mail with the license you can use. This will probably be around next week or the week after!
