I am a Jira Administrator and have configured Tempo for time sheets. Recently I have not been able to view some of the time recorded against specific tasks, service desk tickets or other issue types in various projects. For example I can only see 8 hours of the total 43 that were logged by an employee who is assigned to my team for the last reporting period. I've combed the internet without success in finding a resolution.
I have enabled view all worklogs for a group I am a member of for a few of the projects which I am having this problem on without success. Would appreciate anyone's help who is willing.
