Yes, you can add the macro to the page layout of Confluence (Confluence Admin => Layouts), directly after the body:
<div class="wiki-content"> $body $helper.renderConfluenceMacro("{viewtracker}") </div>

If the 300 pages are all in the same space, you could just add the code to the page layout of this space. If they are all in different spaces, there is probably no other way than adding the macro manually to the pages.
