Using Talk plugin since March. Suddenly it has become disabled, and I cannot re-enable it.

Sacha Parisot May 19, 2018

When I try to re-enable Talk, I get the following message:  This add-on failed to enable.  Refer to the logs for more information.  The info in the log doesn't help me.

All of our inline Talk comments are no longer appearing on the page.  Everywhere a Talk comment was inserted, there is now a box indicating "Unknown Macro".

I updated Talk to version 3.5, but still cannot re-enable.  I am running Confluence 6.7 with the following add-ons:  Comala Publishing, HideElements Macro, Webfonts for Confluence, Atlassian Troubleshooting and Support Tools, Atlassian Universal Plugin Manager, and of-course Talk.

Anyone run into this before?  Any ideas what could be causing this?

Thanks,
Sacha

It happened to me few days ago. After restarting Confluence Talk and Easy Forms Add-on were disabled and i was not able to enable them.

Then i found out that system Add-On Workbox-something was disabled and preventing Talk from working. After enabling Workbox Add-On i was able to enable Talk ;-)
