Using Exocet Postfunction has no effect

Stefan Niedermann March 14, 2013

We're trying to use Exocet Postfunction to create and link a new issue (b) to a existing one (a).

Nothing happens. If we execute the operation manually (more actions) from issue a all works fine and issue b is generated and linked.

no error message.

we tried to delete all other postfunction except this.

what could be the problem?

jira 5.1.8, exocet lite 1.0.1.5

Hi Stefan,

Our integrity check on the operation was a little bit too strong, and some operations were considered as corrupted, in the last versions we make a bug fix on this point.

Hi stefan,

A control mechanism is implemented in the post-function to check if the target issue is fully define and if all the mandatory fields are set by a fields mapping.

First check this point, otherwise if you still have this problem you can create an issue on the Valiantys Support's JIRA https://jira.valiantys.com

Regards

Maxime
