Uploading plugin to 5.2.4 fails, but no log

I am uploading the salesforce plugin to test, and it says an error occured check the logfile, but there is nothing in the log file.

'An error occurred while installing the add-on. Please refer to the logs for more information.'

I noticed that it has been a while since you received any response here. Therefore, I would recommend you to contact the plugin vendor to get your query answered.
