Updated evaluation license but cannot Create Test Case

I recently renewed my Zephyr evaluation license which has a 22-Mar-2014 expiration date. However, when I try to "Create a Test" I receive the following error message...

"You will not be able to create new issues because your JIRA evaluation period has expired, please contact your JIRA administrators."

I am the JIRA administrator and I am trying to setup a prototype to convince the CTO to purchase JIRA Agile and Zephyr.

Hi Wendy,

Thank you for reaching Zephyr. Based on the error you are receiving, it seems that it is a JIRA issue.

"You will not be able to create new issues because your JIRA evaluation period has expired, please contact your JIRA administrators."

Have you tried reaching atlassian support? If not, I have provided the link where you can raise a support request:
