I'm finding it difficult to keep track of when a user replies to my initial response to issues raised in JMC. Ideally I'd like to be able create a filter for JMC created issues where I didn't post the last comment but it doesn't look like this is possible with the hosted version of Jira. Any other suggestions on how I can identify tickets where I wasn't the last to reply? Currently I'm closing tickets after responding and have no visibility if the user subsequently posts a response.
