Unable to log in to Zephyr test case importer even using API keys

I amusing Zephyr importer utility 0.38.jar on JIRA cloud instance and am unable to login.Ikeep getting "unexpected response code:401

I am  a JIRA site admin and am using my JIRA login credentials (I tested that I could login to JIRA with the same credentials) I have also populated the API keys (even regenerated and tried new keys)

Zephyr support have not been able to he;p me resolve this issue

Has anyone else experiened this and been able to resolve it

Encountered the same issue. I can login on Zephyr Importer tool using my JIRA admin credential but not the JIRA user credential. Appreciate the response.
