Typically this occurs when you have line breaks or didn't copy and paste the entire license in.
It can also occur when you have purchased Zephyr for JIRA but the license count for the Plugin doesn't match the license count for your JIRA instance. For example, if you have a 50-user JIRA instance a 10-user Zephyr for JIRA license will not work. Here you would need to purchase a 50-user Zephyr for JIRA license.
It can allso occur when you are putting the license in an incorrect place. Please use "Manage Add-ons" and then select "Zephyr for JIRA" from the User-installed Add-on list. This location will work if you got your lisense from Atlassian.
The other location where licenses can go is under the "Zephyr for JIRA" License area. This area is for companies that purchased Zephyr for JIRA from Zephyr directly.
You probably got your license from Atlassian as Zephyr recently stopped producing lincenses. Currenlty, all new licenses come from Atlassian. We are in process of migrating all Zephyr-produced licenses to Atlassian-produced licenses.
If these don't resolve the issue, contact Atlassian Support directly or Zephyr support directly (support at getzephyr dot com). We at Zephyr could do an online meeting with you to review what is going on.
