Upon incoming email, the log of the email helpdesk tells me
Unable to create issue: com.atlassian.jira.workflow.WorkflowException: An unknown exception occured executing Validator com.atlassian.jira.workflow.SkippableValidator@354df41d: root cause: java.lang.NullPointerException
However, I do not see any entries in the JIRA log.
How can I track this problem?
