I'm trying to contact Soyatech with regards to their Project Management plugin that i'd like to trial and purchase but it seems they have changed their website details or no longer exist. They are not contactable using the information on your pages:

It looks like the plugin you linked: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.soyatec.jira.plugins.jira-ganttchart-project is free. If you may try it out, you can just download it at the same page you linked, or directly inside JIRA.
