Traceability through Zephyr

Hi,

 

I have noticed that Zephyr will generate the traceability for defects only if the defect is closed (or 'Done'). The traceability is not getting generated for the defects that are 'Open'. Is there anyway the traceability can be generated for the issues that are 'open' as well?

We have checked in our in-house machines and can confirm that Zephyr generates tractability reports for the defects that are 'Open' status also.If you are still coming across the same issue please submit a case with us so that we can troubleshoot the same.
