I’ve been scouring the documentation for the TortoiseSVN plugin and I can’t find the answer to a simple (stupid?) question: Where do I install the plugin? Do I install it on the Server that houses the SVN repository (and the JIRA server), or on each individual client machine (the ones with TortoiseSVN installed)?

And if it is the latter, then is there a way to push all the Subversion configuration stuff ("bugtraq:xxx") to the users, without requiring them to type it all in manually?

Well, I got the answer straight from the developer himself (Thanks, Roger!):

It requires each client that wants to use it to have it installed.
