Toggl/JIRA plugin - usage

Hi - we're looking at the Toggl/JIRA plugin. We'd only be using it for four users that use Toggl at the moment. Am I correct in understanding that I would have to pay for the amount of users that we have in JIRA, regardless of how many users actually use Toggl?

Thanks for your interest in Joggler.  Yes, as far as I know this is the case for all JIRA plugin and can not be changed.

I recommend to try Toggl Synchronization for Jira app on Atlassian marketplace.

It allows you to automatically synchronise your Toggl worklogs with Jira and it's for good price also :)
