ToDo list custom field broke indexing?

It appears that the ToDo list custom field plugin broke indexing when I applied the latest upgrade? I applied the latest update then attempted to reindex afterwards and get the following:

Hmmm... I don't see the new issue tab (for ToDo list activity). Do I need to enable that somewhere? I'm using English.
