Timesheet option in Tempo App is not working

Hi,

I have downloaded the Tempo Mobile - Timetracking for JIRA app from play store. In which calendar option is working fine. But timesheet option is not working. Getting error 'Failed to fetch period information'.

Any workaround for the mentioned issue?
