I’m not using “Time to SLA Plugin for JIRA” yet but I’m wondering if it’s necessary to assign one specific SLA definition to a project, issue type or workflow?
We are reusing several status across different projects and I don’t understand how the SLA definition knows to which project a “From Status” or “To Status” belongs to.
Do I have to specify the project or issue type via JQL in SLA definition?
