Time to SLA Plugin: Assignment of status to project or issue type


I’m not using “Time to SLA Plugin for JIRA” yet but I’m wondering if it’s necessary to assign one specific SLA definition to a project, issue type or workflow?

We are reusing several status across different projects and I don’t understand how the SLA definition knows to which project a “From Status” or “To Status” belongs to.

Do I have to specify the project or issue type via JQL in SLA definition?

Hi Robert,

Definitely you can do that adding JQL condition (as you mentioned)
