Time to Resolution, and days to resolve: addon is not consistent with JSD

JSD project shows perfectly reasonable "Time to resolution" information in JIRA normal reports or in JSD own reports. However- the information does not show up in JIRA-All in one reports: see screenshot below.

Note: could it be due to the fact that the "resolution" field is not used in the project and always empty? Is there a way to reach a behaviour that is consistent between JIRA-ALL-In-One plugin and JIRA/JSD?

Hello!

We have updated the plugin to be in sync with JSD Time to resolution and Time to first response fields. Please give it a try and let us know if you face any issues.

Hello!

Days to resolve is calculated by calculating the number of days between created and resolved date for an issue. If the resolved date is empty then the plugin will not be able to calculate the difference.

It seems like JSD time to resolution date has some logic built into it based on the calendar setup and other parameters set up in the system. The plugin will not be able to have that login built in to the Days to resolve field.

Please let us know if you have any follow up questions.
