Time Sheet Report plugin doesn't work

the Time Sheet Report doesn’t work: whenever we click on the report link, it results an error message:

503 page:

Service Temporarily Unavailable

The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.

Can you please help what is behind the problem?

The plugin was updated.

This is the most short version of the same problem with a lot of options in a drop down box, like Group, Project, Additional fieds, Group by Fields.

This is to be solved in JIRA, please see https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRA-32510 and vote if this is the case.

Hi Andriy,

The JIRA version is 5.2.8.

The steps of report generating: Dashboards -> Projects -> Select project -> Reports -> Timesheet report.

The Timesheet gadget and Pivit gadget are working.

The Pivot report also give error like Timesheet report. The steps are the same like Timesheet report.

Hi Rumi,

Could you please provide more details:

1) JIRA version and plugin version?

2) Where exactly do you click the report link? In Timesheet gadget, if so Details link? Or in Project - Reports? Screen of the previous working step would be better.

3) Is it working at any of the two above cases?

4) Is Pivot report working at Project reports?
