We are using the Threaded comments for JIRA but we found out recently that when our agent replies in thread to an Internal comment in our Service Desk, that comment is sent to the Reporter via email notification (even though it is marked as Internal).
We would like to enable this add-on only for JIRA, exclude Service Desk.
Is that possible?
