Gerard.Bracke April 21, 2013

The issue started to take place after an upgrade to a recent version of Timesheet plugin.

Steps to reproduce:

  • Open timesheet (e.g. clicking the "Details" button on the dashboard gadget
  • Click "Change" in order to open the timesheet configuration
  • Specify the following options
    • Start date: 1/Mar/13
    • End date: 31/Mar/13
    • User: DM
    • Leave Group, Priority, Projetc, Filter, Role empty
    • Keep "SHow weekends" and "Show details" turned on
    • Month view: off
    • Sub sub-tasks: on
    • Rest is empty
  • Click "Next"

Expected result: the timesheet data are shown (as appropriate work logs exist)

Actual resul: The timesheet is empty.

Please see issue #347, basically with version 2.3.16 you need to add the following property to your jira/home/jira-config.properties and restart jira:

jira.timesheet.plugin.preserveWorklogAuthorCase=true
