Hi,

I am having trouble in loading a dashboard gadget, two diemensional filter.

On the web ui it says;
The filter configured for this gadget could not be retrieved. Please verify it is still valid on the issue navigator.

On the log it says;

What kind of state in memory is it reffering to, can I clean the mem cache?

Hello Peter,

The error is with the JQL filter. You may want to create a new 2 dimensional dashboard with a new or different JQL query filter.

I would contact the support, create a backup and restart the JIRA instance.

The issue is with the JIRA internal component JiraDashboardStateStoreManager.
