The availability field in issue is not working correctly

The availability field in Plan Time ( issue view screen ) is not working correctly,

if the user get overload, (planing more time then 8 hour a day) normally available time will goes to negative values and you can see that when user click on tempo and see his schedule with plan time, (picture 1)

But, if you are view on an issue and click "more" and "plan time" in same day , the availability field shows 0, not the correct data, (picture 2 )

İs this a plug-in bug or can we fix this by configuration?,
