Test Steps are not getting imported in JIRA

We are facing below error when trying to import test cases using Zephyr Import Utility. Test is getting imported however test steps are not getting added.

I request to answer someone ASAP, I have logged issue long time back

We are having the same issue as well with the same Error message 401.

We are even having to use https://id.atlassian.com/manage/api-tokens?_ga=2.224002206.424508103.1558015093-86575427.1553617985&_gac=1.114735221.1557422795.Cj0KCQjwn8_mBRCLARIsAKxi0GLIOE7vl0pOFBdchlOdmGc5GI9W-LtEs3fSIfWstm1a39wIJrB45NIaAvLVEALw_wcB to generate API tokens to get the Zephyr importer tool just to connect.
