Test Execution by Cycle gadget no longer display empty test cycle

Zephyr for JIRA 4.0.2 no longer display empty test cycle in "Test Execution by Cycle" gadget.  Is there a way to display all test cycles in gadget even tho it's empty (no test cases)?

Thank you for your question on the community.

There is no way to display all test cycles in the Test Execution Gadget when there are no test cases in the cycles. There is no progress of the test executions within the cycles being tracked because there are no test cases added in the cycle.

Gadget was displaying empty test cycle before the upgrade. Any idea why the feature was removed in new version? If you can share, I’d really appreciate.
