I setup Tempo in my company, we are logging our time there for a month now, but it's time for having the reports.
I created all teams and accounts, I assigned them to a client, project, category etc.
When I try to create JIRA Dashboard using gadgets: Total hours per: Customer, Category or Account, they doesn't display anything. The gadget just displays "no data".

I'm using JIRA Cloud and respectively, the last version of Tempo that goes with it.
Please find enclosed some screenshots on which you can see the what I request, what I see and a prove that there is actual data there, that is not shown on the charts.

Can you confirm that you have the Account custom field set on the Issues that the Users are logging work for (see https://tempoplugin.jira.com/wiki/spaces/TEMPO081/pages/212240700/Accounts+custom+field) or that you are using Account as a Worklog Attribute (https://tempoplugin.jira.com/wiki/spaces/TEMPO081/pages/212240836/Account+as+a+worklog+attribute)
To use these fields, a Project needs to be linked to one or more Accounts (https://tempoplugin.jira.com/wiki/spaces/TEMPO081/pages/212240716/Linking+accounts+to+projects)

I created accounts and associated them to my project, but I'm not using them.
The goal I'm trying to achieve is to have a pie chart for the time spent by team. I created the teams e.g. Development, QA, Management, Designers etc., and I have the data shown in the report, but I cannot put them in a chart.
If you can provide me with some help how to solve my problem, that would be really awesome!
there is currently no gadget that displays the worklogs of a Team in a pie chart.
You might be able to use the Worklog distribution gadget, but this is using a JIRA filter and can then group the worklogs by User. Please take a look at https://tempoplugin.jira.com/wiki/spaces/TEMPO081/pages/212240592/Worklog+Distribution+Gadget for more information.
