since the Tempo 7.3.1update it isn't possible show and edit the accounts.
plugins/tempo/Account Manager displays in the list "all (14)" but they didnt visible.
Log work on accounts is still possible
Can you search by project, account or something else or is the list always empty?
Can you download the account information (link on the right, you may have to add your ip to the access list) and send to me in e-mail? It looks like you have some data that is breaking the page.
