I can't view other users' work logs in Tempo Timesheet.
I read through all the other posts I could find, but still no luck.
So Far, I have:
- checked that I am in the administrator role in JIRA (I am)
- Made myself the the team lead, Project Lead, Administrator, Developer, Tempo Manager, Tempo Project Manager, User for all projects
- Made a new team in Tempo and added myself to have permissions to browse team, approve timesheet & plan time in the Tempo Default Team in the Tempo.
- Put myself into the "View All Worklogs" role in the "Default software scheme" which is applied to my project.
What am I missing?
Please could I have a finite list of the steps needed to view my teams work logs?
