I have a question regarding Tempo Timesheets Team member availabiltiy (Teams > Members > Availability %) and Workload Scheme a Team member has.
While planning time for a Team Member who's Worklaod scheme is set to 50% (4h a day), then planned time cannot be higher than 20h in a week. But shouldn't this calculation take also the Team Members Availability in a team into account? This Team Member has been set to this team with 25%.
Or is this Availability in a Team used only on th Tempo Planner side and not in the Tempo Timesheets side?
at the moment, the availability report is only available in Tempo Planner. Hours planned in Tempo Planner are not yet available in Tempo Timesheets, this feature will be released in Tempo Timesheets 7.9 at the end of April.
We are aware of this problem in the availability report an improving this is on our ToDo list.
