Tempo Timesheet questions

Roshani Kothari October 5, 2015

Hello,
We have a few questions regarding using Tempo Timesheets.
http://tempo.io/products/tempo-timesheets/

Is there a QuickBooksOnline sync?
Should we find a QBO consultant to set it up?
For timesheet logging:
Does the issue key automatically get added to the timesheet item description?
How to associate QBO accounts to projects?
How to associate QBO "Services"? Can timesheets  input both the issue and the "Service" Field from QBO?
Does Tempo support the default jira feature to "log work" on an issue? Or do we have to use the Temp Timesheet? Hopefully both will work.
How does pricing by user work? Can we set it to our Jira Group for Employees?
Is there a separate fee for Planner in addition to Timesheets?

Hi, @Roshani Kothari

You can try the Clerk Invoices Jira app. It helps generate invoices from Jira and Tempo worklogs and export them to QuickBooks.

I'm the developer of this app, so you can ask me any questions!
