Tempo Time Tracking in Hours not Minutes

ASG (CN)(Deprecated-Use IT instead) September 19, 2013

I noticed the Time Tracker uses minutes when time is logged. Is it possible to log this time in hours rather than minutes (e.g. 0.1h rather than 6m)?

JIRA allows you to choose what your default unit of time is (d, h, m). We use hours, but it seems Tempo is hardcoded as minutes which creates inconsistency, makes it difficult to quickly review a list of time entries and to generate invoices (minute entries are manually converted to hours).

And ideally, we'd be able to round to the nearest 0.1 hour (6 minute increments) - we're a law firm :)

Hi

the Tracker always shows the time in "pretty" format in the Log Work dialog. When you have logged the time it is shown in hours in the timesheet (all Tempo logs are converted into hours).

Best regards,
