Tempo Plugin 7.5.3 This plugin failed to enable

We have successfuly installed this plugin to JIRA 5.0.

When we try to enable plugin in JIRA we get error "This plugin failed to enable. Your license may be invalid. Please refer to the logs for more information."

Hi César,

If all the modules of the Tempo plugin are disabled, you should restart JIRA. This should bring the plugin back to life.

They give a few steps you can try. If not I think it will be better to contact their support team, it seems something is wrong with the key they give you.
