Tempo Planner Screens are empty in Chrome, works fine in Internet Explorer 11

Peter Janičina August 23, 2017

When I access any Tempo Planner screen in Chrome (Version 60.0.3112.101 (Official Build) (64-bit)) it displays empty. Tempo Timesheets along with all "JIRA core" modules are working fine.

Tempo Planner works fine in Internet Explorer 11, 11.0.9600.18500

Does anyone know how to fix an issue with Chrome browser?

Hello Peter,

Please open the Chrome console and check for any error messages:

  1. Select More Tools > Developer Tools from Chrome's Main Menu.
  2. Select Console tab.
  3. Clear a browser cache and reload the page.

Do not hesitate to ask if you will find anything interesting.

Perfect, thank you.

Hello Tomasz,

It's a great tip. I cleared a local storage for "JIRA domain", and it resolved the issue.

Thanks for your help.

Peter
