Hi, we just recently upgraded to JIRA 6.3.12 and Tempo 7.11, and no one can figure out how to see the Hours Logged for a Tempo Team - it stubbornly remains blank.  The team leads are also Tempo Project Managers on each of the projects from which we want to pull time.  They can see their own hours, but no one else's.  Pointers anyone?

Did you figure out what was causing this?

Hi there, Björn.

We struggled with this one for a while, too.

We managed to fix the problem by editing "People" (currently flagged as a new menu item) under the project settings for each individual project.  Added the relevant managers as "Administrator[s]" and suddenly those managers had full visibility in Tempo - Bam!

Hope this helps someone out there! ;-)

In Timesheets 7.11 the only way to access worklogs of other users is through the Tempo Project Manager role. According to your description it seems you have set this role for the team leads in the relevant projects as needed.  Double check this is correctly set.

Another thing that might explain this is that you might have changed the default role to view project worklogs. Check the following page - section "Permission to view project worklogs": https://tempoplugin.jira.com/wiki/display/TEMPO0711/Tempo+Project+Role+Management.

This can be viewed/set in the Tempo Permissions page wink
