Tempo Account Custom Budget Burn-up Chart plugin in Jira

I want to use some plugin to Jira for budgeting projects.

Found Account Custom Budget Burn-up Chart but looks like it is not working with Tempo 7.5.4.1 version I have.

Can't figure out how to run it.

Maybe any other suggestions about budgeting plugins for Jira?
