Does the Time to SLA plugin support changing or removing the character limit on the JQL field for SLA configuration?
I am attempting to configure a robust set of SLA based on a list of clients which requires long JQL statements that exceed the 255 character limit.
Sorry for late response. Somehow this label dropped from my watch list.
There was 255 character limit, but we changed that for later versions. Is your TTS up-to-date?
