TFS Installed by JIRA Admin user. Now I want the developers to see TFS inventory from JIRA

I have TFS setup for my environment, I also have JIRA to help my project manager track and assign tasks. My JIRA admin have installed TFS4JIRA in the JIRA, but now I want myself to access TFS from JIRA. How do I do that ?  How do the JIRA admin user grant developer access to TFS inventory. Please help.
