TEMPO log work screen missing

Hi,

I am a (very) new JIRA user; I have been testing Tempo on my company's test JIRA ; I created a user and then I realized that despite adding the user in all the groups and giving it all the permissions, he still does not see the Tempo menu when he logs in his account (on the test environment). I am obviously missing a step here, I was hoping someone with more experience could point me in the right direction.

Hi Ioana,

all Tempo users need to have the "Tempo Time Tracking" permission. This permission can be given to groups in the Tempo permissions (Administration-> Add-ons, Tempo permissions). Please take also a look at https://tempoplugin.jira.com/wiki/display/TEMPO078/Tempo+Permissionsfor more information.
