We use TEMPO Timesheet since 1 year with. We've configured the account at the worklog level (as a Worklog Attribute).
Can we change this configuration and define the account at Issue level ?
Is there any risk for the old data ?
when you are using Account as worklog attribute, you need to have the "Account" added as Custom field (JIRA Administration-> Issues-> Custom fields. Please note that in Tempo Timesheets 7.10 and later this field is locked). This field can be set to different Screens.
All Issues can be set to an Account that is linked to the Project and can be edited just like other JIRA custom fields. The worklog attribute "Account" can then be used to overwrite the account set on the Issue. If you do not want users to overwrite the set account on the Issue, you will need to remove the worklog attribute. All worklogs will then be linked to the Account set in the Issue.
